 Bihar Buddhiwadi Samaj Celebrates 20 Years

Gets New Name

 Bihar Buddhiwadi Samaj celebrated the completion of twenty years of its existence by organizing a special biennial of its members, supporters and sympathizers on 10^th December at Buddhiwadi Seminar Hall, Patna.

 A 24-pages Hindi booklet titled Bihar Buddhiwadi Samaj ke bees Varsh: 1985-2005 was released by Dr. Kawaljeet, President of the organization, to mark the occasion. An exhibition of rationalist literature published by Bihar Buddhiwadi Samaj and Buddhiwadi Foundation was also organized at the venue of the meeting.

 Dr. Ramendra, the founder of the organization, announced that in view of the increase in the influence and scope of the organization's work, its name was now being changed to "Buddhiwadi Samaj" (Rationalist Society).

 The celebration concluded with a dinner hosted for nearly 100 members and supporters who were present on the occasion.
